Mandrascate
is a fortified farm of the XVII century, typical example of old Sicilian
latifundium with its perfectly maintained architectural structure.
The stables and warehouses which overlook the "bagghiu" (court) keep their
original purpose.
Mandrascate is a perfect point for meetings, exhibitions and parties where
the "cooking of the monsù" has a leading role with its ancient
recipes.
